Across TCGA cell cohorts, SWSAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,622 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SWSAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation. Each is linked with SWSAP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWSAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SWSAP1 results are reported.
