SWI5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SWI5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,198 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SWI5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPCS3, FUBP3, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with SWI5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWI5-to-partner and partner-to-SWI5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SWI5 versus SPCS3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SWI5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SWI5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
