SWAP70

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SWAP70 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,897 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SWAP70-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYSL3, PHLDB1, and ILK. Each is linked with SWAP70 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWAP70-to-partner and partner-to-SWAP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SWAP70 versus DPYSL3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SWAP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→SWAP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
