SWAP70

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SWAP70 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,828 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SWAP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGDIB, RN7SKP50, and FCMR. Each is linked with SWAP70 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWAP70-to-partner and partner-to-SWAP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SWAP70 versus ARHGDIB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SWAP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→SWAP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
