SWAP70

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SWAP70 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,776 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SWAP70-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mast cell chemotaxis, Regulation of cell-cell adhesion mediated by integrin, and Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery. Each is linked with SWAP70 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWAP70-to-partner and partner-to-SWAP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mast cell chemotaxis grouped by SWAP70-low versus SWAP70-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SWAP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→SWAP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
