SWAP70

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SWAP70 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SWAP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRX, NEUROG1, and S100A7A. Each is linked with SWAP70 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWAP70-to-partner and partner-to-SWAP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRX grouped by SWAP70-low versus SWAP70-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SWAP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→SWAP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
