SVOPL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVOPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,310 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SVOPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02514, PRMT5, and PSMB5. Each is linked with SVOPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVOPL-to-partner and partner-to-SVOPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02514 grouped by SVOPL-low versus SVOPL-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVOPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVOPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
