Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVIL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,171 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SVIL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SVIL_S245, SVIL_S1322, and SVIL_S50. Each is linked with SVIL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVIL-to-partner and partner-to-SVIL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
