The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SVIL-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SVIL-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where SVIL-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
