Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,107 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SVBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGOH, PPIH, and TRAPPC3. Each is linked with SVBP in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVBP-to-partner and partner-to-SVBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SVBP versus MAGOH in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
