SVBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,428 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SVBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NANS, SEC11C, and SEC23B. Each is linked with SVBP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVBP-to-partner and partner-to-SVBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SVBP versus NANS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
