Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,780 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SVBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR137C, CASC15, and EXO5. Each is linked with SVBP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVBP-to-partner and partner-to-SVBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SVBP versus GPR137C in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
