Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SVBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-364P, RNA5SP54, and OR4T1P. Each is linked with SVBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVBP-to-partner and partner-to-SVBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-364P grouped by SVBP-low versus SVBP-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
