SV2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SV2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,641 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SV2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, CACNA2D1, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with SV2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SV2B-to-partner and partner-to-SV2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SV2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SV2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
