Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SV2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,538 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SV2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSN1, TIAL1, and SKA1. Each is linked with SV2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SV2B-to-partner and partner-to-SV2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SV2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SV2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
