Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SV2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,677 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SV2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPTF_S763, CTSC, and UQCRC1_S107. Each is linked with SV2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SV2A-to-partner and partner-to-SV2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SV2A versus BPTF_S763 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SV2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SV2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
