Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUZ12P1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUZ12P1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SUZ12P1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUZ12P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where SUZ12P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
