SUZ12P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUZ12P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,374 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUZ12P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TADA2A, GTF2H4, and LUC7L3. Each is linked with SUZ12P1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUZ12P1-to-partner and partner-to-SUZ12P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUZ12P1 versus TADA2A in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUZ12P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUZ12P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
