Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUZ12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUZ12 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher SUZ12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUZ12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where SUZ12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
