SUZ12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUZ12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUZ12-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with SUZ12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUZ12-to-partner and partner-to-SUZ12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by SUZ12-low versus SUZ12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUZ12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUZ12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
