Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUV39H2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,143 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUV39H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISG20L2, MRPL13, and VRK1. Each is linked with SUV39H2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUV39H2-to-partner and partner-to-SUV39H2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUV39H2 versus ISG20L2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUV39H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUV39H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
