Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUV39H1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,122 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUV39H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, GINS1, and SCML2. Each is linked with SUV39H1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUV39H1-to-partner and partner-to-SUV39H1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUV39H1 versus VRK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUV39H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUV39H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
