SUV39H1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUV39H1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUV39H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT5a, 14-3-3_beta, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with SUV39H1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUV39H1-to-partner and partner-to-SUV39H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT5a grouped by SUV39H1-low versus SUV39H1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUV39H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUV39H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
