SUV39H1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUV39H1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,667 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUV39H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMC1A, DNMT1, and RBM10. Each is linked with SUV39H1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUV39H1-to-partner and partner-to-SUV39H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUV39H1 versus SMC1A in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUV39H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUV39H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
