Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUV39H1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,418 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUV39H1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleolar chromatin organization, Pericentric heterochromatin formation, and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with SUV39H1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUV39H1-to-partner and partner-to-SUV39H1 results are reported.
