Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUV39H1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 488 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUV39H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPSM1, FBXL16, and INTS10. Each is linked with SUV39H1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUV39H1-to-partner and partner-to-SUV39H1 results are reported.
