Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUSD6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUSD6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SUSD6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUSD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where SUSD6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
