SUSD6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,669 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGT1, SIRPB1, and SLC1A6. Each is linked with SUSD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD6-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUSD6 versus GGT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
