SUSD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with SUSD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD5-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by SUSD5-low versus SUSD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
