SUSD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,701 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, MYLK, and PPP1R12C. Each is linked with SUSD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD2-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUSD2 versus KANK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
