SUSD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,548 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, AOC3, and ZCCHC24. Each is linked with SUSD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD2-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUSD2 versus C7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
