Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 707 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUSD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR190B, HAGLROS, and PTGER4P3. Each is linked with SUSD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD2-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR190B grouped by SUSD2-low versus SUSD2-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
