SUSD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with SUSD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD2-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by SUSD2-low versus SUSD2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
