SUSD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,176 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GOLGA1, STX17, and ABR. Each is linked with SUSD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD1-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUSD1 versus GOLGA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
