SUSD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,423 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFX3-AS1, RGS9BP, and CLPSL2. Each is linked with SUSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD1-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUSD1 versus RFX3-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
