Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,943 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to membrane, Positive regulation of leukocyte differentiation, and Positive regulation of hemopoiesis. Each is linked with SUSD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD1-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD1 results are reported.
