SURF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SURF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,845 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SURF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD3, C9orf78, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with SURF6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF6-to-partner and partner-to-SURF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SURF6 versus BRD3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SURF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SURF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
