SURF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SURF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,692 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SURF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, DNAH9, and TENM1. Each is linked with SURF4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF4-to-partner and partner-to-SURF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by SURF4-low versus SURF4-high in ACC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SURF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SURF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
