SURF4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SURF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,256 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SURF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADCY5, CEP68, and C17orf113. Each is linked with SURF4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF4-to-partner and partner-to-SURF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SURF4 versus ADCY5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SURF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SURF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
