SURF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SURF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 627 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SURF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, TXN2, and OIP5. Each is linked with SURF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF4-to-partner and partner-to-SURF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by SURF4-low versus SURF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SURF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SURF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
