SURF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SURF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,500 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SURF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF3C4, SURF2_T190, and WDR5. Each is linked with SURF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF2-to-partner and partner-to-SURF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SURF2 versus GTF3C4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SURF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SURF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
