SURF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SURF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,400 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SURF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS2, EXOSC2, and WDR5. Each is linked with SURF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF2-to-partner and partner-to-SURF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SURF2 versus CKS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SURF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SURF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
