SURF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SURF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SURF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3JP1, RNU6-598P, and RNU6-670P. Each is linked with SURF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF2-to-partner and partner-to-SURF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3JP1 grouped by SURF2-low versus SURF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SURF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SURF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
