Across TCGA cell cohorts, SURF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,800 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SURF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal snRNP assembly, Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly, and Ribosome biogenesis. Each is linked with SURF2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF2-to-partner and partner-to-SURF2 results are reported.
