Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SURF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,805 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SURF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAF2, PAXX, and RAB14. Each is linked with SURF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF1-to-partner and partner-to-SURF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SURF1 versus TRAF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SURF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SURF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
