Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SURF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,573 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SURF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FILIP1L, RNF150, and PURG. Each is linked with SURF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF1-to-partner and partner-to-SURF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SURF1 versus FILIP1L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SURF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SURF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
