SURF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SURF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SURF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POM121C, RNA5SP414, and C17orf98. Each is linked with SURF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF1-to-partner and partner-to-SURF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POM121C grouped by SURF1-low versus SURF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SURF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SURF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
