Across TCGA cell cohorts, SURF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,772 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SURF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII vesicle coating, Vesicle targeting, rough ER to cis-Golgi, and Vesicle coating. Each is linked with SURF1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SURF1-to-partner and partner-to-SURF1 results are reported.
