SUPV3L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPV3L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,732 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPV3L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX50, DNAJC9, and UPF2. Each is linked with SUPV3L1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPV3L1-to-partner and partner-to-SUPV3L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUPV3L1 versus DDX50 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPV3L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPV3L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
