Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUPV3L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,761 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPV3L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial RNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of mitochondrial RNA catabolic process, and Mitochondrial DNA repair. Each is linked with SUPV3L1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPV3L1-to-partner and partner-to-SUPV3L1 results are reported.
